On a cool October afternoon, Chance Kaminski wakes up on a mortuary slab. Though there's no explanation for why he's suddenly back from the dead, he has the opportunity to start fresh and escape the life of crime that got him killed.
Avery has been a mortician for close to a decade, and though he's had his fair share of strange experiences, Chance waking up on his table is definitely the strangest. He's not sure how he feels about helping someone stay dead, but he might not have a choice.
Dead or not, Chance's life of crime is catching up to him. All his luck is about to run out, as his murderer shows up to make sure he stays six feet under. This time, for good.
Thriller & Romance. Trans lead characters. Dark themes handled with a good sense of humour.
Content Warnings: Emetophobia; Drug Usage & Addiction; Homophobia and Transphobia (referenced); Suicide (referenced); and Past Self Harm.
Originally published in 2021, POST MORTEM is getting a full rewrite to restructure the plot, polish the writing, and make it a novel I can be proud of! Currently there is no set release date, but I hope to have this rewrite completed by the end of 2026.
Post Mortem will also be getting a sequel...

A clan of Neanderthals and hunting party of Humans come together to hunt mammoth on the steppes of Europe during the Pleistocene epoch. When one of the humans is injured and unable to return home, he joins the Neanderthal clan to recover.
Historical Fiction & Romance, with a trans lead.
I've loved Neanderthals and other early hominids since reading about new research into the Neanderthal genome back in 2010. You bet I was excited to find out that I had an incredibly high percentage of Neanderthal DNA.
Though it's in the early steps of development, this book is my homage to our nearest cousins and ancestors. I hope to cast a compassionate, sympathetic light on life during the late Pleistocene... Many books about this time are brutal, often sexist, racist, and homophobic, and that's not the kind of world I choose to believe we came from.
A long stand-alone novel (for now), earmarked to start work on it in 2026, but with no set date.
